Meet Kristin

Kristin Asadourian, MSW

Kristin Asadourian is a peak performance coach committed to helping clients uncover their purpose and inner wisdom.  She understands the importance of authenticity and courage on the path to becoming inspired and mindful. Kristin believes bold actions generated by energized individuals with compassionate and open-hearts bring change. She helps her clients create an action plan to move them into living based on their values, accomplishing their goals and living fulfilled.

Kristin’s coaching practice is strongly influenced by her work in the public sector as a Senior Field Deputy for Los Angeles City, her work with the Boston City Council along with her work as a community organizer and policy advocate for the Armenian National Committee of American. 


She is the founder of Living Become, LLC an organization focused on delivering workshops, educational materials and keynotes to empower all people, KA Coach, a confidence and leadership building business, the Los Angeles based arts education not for profit, Artists for Change, and the documentary film company, Seeroon Productions which produced the internationally recognized film, "Beginning Where the Soviet Ends: A Study of Social Work in Armenia. 


A natural storyteller and gifted speaker, Kristin uses her experiences to generate connection and laughter while guiding her audiences to become more self- aware and self-confident.​

Executive Leadership Coach


Kristin leads workshops for adults and young people along with webinars and live talks.  Her practice focuses on developing the whole person by building self-awareness and self-confidence.  She is currently leading workshops based on her BECOME (Bold, Energize, Compassionate, Open-hearted, Mindful, Education) curriculum, coaching individuals and groups along with consulting organizations to increase compassion and mindfulness.  She writes monthly for her blog, enjoys running and volunteering at her children's schools.

Kristin earned her bachelor's degree in sociology and multicultural relations from the University of Connecticut and master's degree in social work from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. She received her co-active life coaching credential from the Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coaches Federation.
